At MATT & NAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.
Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
